Enargas prohibits distributors from incorporating taxes and fees into invoices

The National Regulatory Entity of the Gas (Enargas) banned distribution companies from today on taxes and local taxes on invoices, to avoid an increase in the final price of consumption.

This was established by the body chaired by Mauricio Ezequiel Roitman through Resolution 30/2018 published this Friday in the Official Gazette .

In the first article, the entity established that "any concept that pretends to be included in the gas distribution service bill for networks, must be strictly related to regulated services and be previously contemplated in a standard of general scope that foresees such concept. "
